Port City Jerry Day is returning to Greenfield Lake Amphitheater on Friday, September 12 — and if you’ve never been, this is your year to go.

The 8th annual celebration of Jerry Garcia’s music features headliner Splintered Sunlight, one of the most acclaimed Grateful Dead tribute bands in the country. Gates open at 5 p.m. with music starting at 6. Local food vendors and craft makers will be set up throughout the evening.

The best part? Tickets are $10, and every cent goes directly to the United Way of the Cape Fear Area — which supports more than 40 nonprofit partners working in health, education, and financial stability across the region.
