Rock and Roll Hall of Famer David Lee Roth—yes, that David Lee Roth—is headed to Wilmington. The former Van Halen frontman brings his “A Night with David Lee Roth” tour to the Wilson Center this May, promising classic hits, larger-than-life swagger, and pure arena-rock energy.

Wilson Center Tickets Rock and Roll Hall of Famer David Lee Roth, the legendary former frontman of Van Halen, is coming to Wilmington as part of his “A Night with David Lee Roth” tour. He’ll take the stage at Cape Fear Community College’s Wilson Center on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7 p.m. Fans can expect the signature swagger, high-energy showmanship, and classic hits that helped define arena rock in the 1980s, spanning both Roth’s Van Halen era and his solo career.
