Big news for the fall: BAD Day is officially back. Tickets go on presale today for the second annual BAD Day Music + Arts Festival, and the lineup is a serious upgrade from an already-strong debut. More on that below.

But first — tonight is stacked. Thalian Hall's Bluegrass Bash starts at 6PM downtown. Massive Grass headlines, BBQ and craft beer on-site. It's one of the best events Wilmington does. And Samara Joy plays Wilson Center tomorrow night at 7:30PM — if you haven't grabbed tickets yet, now's the time.

BAD Day Music + Arts Festival Returns Nov 14 — The Revivalists & Grace Potter Headline

WWAYTV3 — The second annual BAD Day Music + Arts Festival is officially coming back to Wilmington's Brooklyn Arts District on Saturday, November 14, 2026 — and the lineup is a significant step up from the inaugural event, which drew thousands to the neighborhood last year.

Headlining this year: The Revivalists and Grace Potter, both artists who know how to own a festival stage. Supporting acts include Ripe, Futurebirds, and Lady Die, with more headliners and late-night acts still to be announced.

For those who weren't there in 2025: BAD Day takes over the Brooklyn Arts District for a full day and night of music, immersive art experiences, live mural painting, arts and crafts vendors, large-scale art installations, and what the organizers call "creative surprises." It's a genuinely well-produced event — not just a concert, but a neighborhood-wide takeover. The 2025 debut drew comparisons to much larger regional festivals.
