Looks like Wilmington has a new funky place to catch live music. I stopped by Chow Town for their grand opening on Friday — and it’s a cool setup! With live music, six food trucks, a full-service bar, and plenty of free parking, it’s easy to see why it’s already a hit. I’m looking forward to checking out their rotating lineup of trucks in the weeks ahead.

September 2 to October 9 | 4:30 to 6 pm | Cost: $250

Looking for an activity for your son or daughter that will challenge them physically and mentally? This 6-week course (18 hours for ages 10-13 / 6 hours for ages 6-9) will teach your kid the basics of climbing, with plenty of climbing time, climbing games, and personal coaching from one of our highly-trained and enthusiastic staff.
