Greenfield Lake is the place to be this Saturday and next Saturday! The Sounds of Freedom Concert brings together big talent and bigger purpose, supporting Veterans and First Responders, while next weekend’s Port City Jerry Day promises jam-band magic for a great cause. Two stages, countless memories, and plenty of ways to give back.

‘Sounds of Freedom’ Benefit Concert Coming to Wilmington to Support Veterans & First Responders

SAT SEPT 6: 6-11 PM @ Greenfield Lake Amphitheater - Greenfield Lake

ACCESS of Wilmington is hosting the “Sounds of Freedom” benefit concert on Sept. 6 at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater from 5–10 p.m. The event supports Project SOAR, which provides adaptive sports and recreational opportunities to Veterans and First Responders with service-related disabilities. The concert will feature live performances by Velvet Rodeo, Belles, Ruby Leigh, and Scott Walker, plus auctions to raise funds for the program. Veterans, Active Duty, and First Responders can use promo code PATRIOT for discounted tickets.

The 7th Annual Port City Jerry Day is back, bringing together live music, local vendors, and community spirit — all for a good cause. Presented by the City of Wilmington, Reflections of Hope, Corning Credit Union, Capone and Associates, and Duke Energy, this year’s event will feature incredible performances by local bands and a headlining set from HyRyder playing Grateful Dead covers. 100% of proceeds support the United Way of the Cape Fear Area and its vital community programs. Don’t miss a chance to enjoy a night of music while making a positive impact!
